LFT Gathering--Thank you to all of the members who took the time to attend the gathering at Marinelli’s. Again thanks to Dave Wrobel for organizing the event, the building reps for handling the RSVP’s and Tom Gennette for procuring all of the raffle prizes. Based on the feedback we had it looks like we’ll be planning similar events during the next school year.

Calendar--Next year’s school year calendar has changed. It is aligned with other Oakland County school districts. Click on calendar for the details. Further details are scheduled to be negotiated on April 19th. The goal is to have a calendar in hand before we leave for summer vacation.

CEC--The Letter of Understanding regarding the issue of CEC time has been signed. Click on http://www.lft1614.org/contract.htm for the wording. Any questions feel free to contact me.

Election Results--The results of the election for LFT delegates to the AFT convention is Beth Sabo and  Tom Gennette will serve as delegates. Donna Bush or Suzanne Mueller will serve as alternates in the event that either elected delegate is unable to attend.
